The Monroe County Health Department is the grantee and fiscal agent for Monroe County's Drug Free Communities (DFC) grant. Through our DFC, an umbrella coalition known as Monroe County CARES was formed in 2011 and consists of a multifaceted group, united to form one integrated and coordinated union to combat our community's drug problem.
